What is First Match on Us?

The First Match on Us program, presented by First Financial Bank, is designed for new fans who are ready to see FC Cincinnati in person for the first time. Eligible fans can claim two complimentary tickets to a select home match and experience the atmosphere, traditions, and community that make FCC special. 

From the march to the stadium to the final whistle, your first matchday is the perfect way to connect with the club, the city, and thousands of fans cheering together.

1️⃣ Tell Us That You're New - Complete the form to let us know you're interested in attending your first FC Cincinnati match.

2️⃣ Confirm Eligibility - Once we’ve verified your information with our records, you’ll get an email confirming your eligibility with the next steps. 

3️⃣ Choose Your Match for You and a Friend- Reserve up to two tickets for your first FC Cincinnati match, free of charge. Follow the link in your confirmation email to view available matches and use the unique code to reserve your ticket(s).

4️⃣ Get Ready for Matchday - Wear your orange and blue, and join us at TQL Stadium for an unforgettable experience.

This program is limited to those who have not previously attended an FC Cincinnati match at TQL Stadium or who are currently in the FCC database.

Match selection is subject to availability and is not guaranteed. Click the link provided in your confirmation email to view match options and reserve your ticket(s) to a preferred match.

Eligible participants can claim up to two free tickets.

Instructions and a unique code will be shared in your confirmation email. You will need to sign in or create a SeatGeek account to claim the ticket(s).

Unfortunately, due to inventory limitations and availability, additional tickets purchased will not be located next to your First Match on Us complimentary tickets.

No. Tickets are non-transferable and cannot be resold. This program is designed specifically for first-time fans to experience a match at TQL Stadium. To ensure as many new fans as possible can attend, tickets must be used by the individual who registered for the program. Your tickets will be canceled if you attempt to resell them.
