Automatic Renewal Information

For your convenience, all season tickets will automatically renew for the 2023 MLS season! You can now view your 2023 invoice, update payment information, or change your payment plan set up in your SeatGeek Account Manager.

If you are enrolled in the automatic renewal program, no action is required to secure your seats for next year, and on August 11, 2022, you will automatically be enrolled in an eleven-month payment plan.

If you have not enrolled in the automatic renewal program, you must accept the 2023 Season Ticket Membership Terms & Conditions by August 11, 2022 to continue your membership for next season.

If you wish to cancel your membership for the upcoming season, please contact your account representative prior to August 11th, 2022. If you do not submit the form prior to the deadline, your tickets will automatically renew and continue for the 2023 season.

All FC Cincinnati Season Ticket Members are required to enroll in the automatic renewal program as part of your membership, but you may opt-out during the renewal period at no cost.

Prior to the renewal deadline, the FC Cincinnati Member Services Team will contact you to review your account, confirm payment information and answer any questions.

How many matches are included in my 2023 Season Ticket Membership?

19 matches. 17 regular season MLS matches and 2 Leagues Cup matches.

What is Leagues Cup?

In July 2023 all teams in MLS and Liga MX (Mexico’s top division) will participate in the month-long Leagues Cup tournament. This tournament features the top two leagues in North America, with the winner earning automatic qualification for the Concacaf Champions League (CCL) round of 16. The matchup between FC Cincinnati and Chivas on September 21 at TQL Stadium will be a preview to this tournament. More information is available at https://www.leaguescup.com/

Can I change my seat location?

Yes. All Season Ticket Members that have enrolled in the automatic renewal process will be eligible to participate in the Seat Improvement Process at the end of August. Members will receive a specific window based on their priority as an FCC full season member. More details will be available at that time.

How much will my tickets cost next season?

Exact pricing will vary by seat location, but you can now view your invoice under the “payments” tab in your SeatGeek Account Manager.

Can I cancel my tickets?

If you wish to cancel your membership for the upcoming season, please contact your account representative prior to August 11, 2022. You can reach the FC Cincinnati Ticket Office at (513) 977-5435 or tickets@fccincinnati.com.

Can I change the number of tickets on my account?

Yes. However, if you are looking to change the number of tickets on your account (increase or decrease) please contact your representative or the FC Cincinnati Ticket Office prior to the renewal deadline.

Do Season Ticket Members receive access to other events at TQL Stadium?

Yes. Season Ticket Members receive priority ticket access for non-FC Cincinnati events at TQL Stadium such as international soccer matches, concerts, etc.

Do I get my seats for playoff matches?

Full Season Ticket Members have first right of refusal for any FC Cincinnati home playoff matches.
