a. What are the international tournaments? With your season tickets, you get access to 19 matches: 17 regular season MLS matches at TQL Stadium and 2 international tournament matches at TQL Stadium.

Champions Cup

The CONCACAF Champions League is an annual club competition in North America, Central America, and the Caribbean. It is the most significant tournament in CONCACAF club soccer, and the winner automatically qualifies for the FIFA Club World Cup 2025. More information is available at www.fccincinnati.com/championscup. Should FC Cincinnati qualify, all members will have a posted opt out window to decline their seats for all additional matches outside of their membership.

Leagues Cup

A CONCACAF-sanctioned competition once again features all 18 clubs from the Mexican top-flight league, LIGA MX, and all 29 clubs from Major League Soccer (MLS), competing in a World Cup-style club tournament. This tournament features the top two leagues in North America, with the winner earning automatic qualification for the CONCACAF Champions Cup round of 16. More information is available at www.fccincinnati.com/leaguescup. All members will have a posted opt oaut window to decline their seats for all additional matches outside of their membership.

b. Can I change my seat location? Yes. All Season Ticket Members that have enrolled in the automatic renewal process will be eligible to participate in the Seat Improvement Process towards the end of August. Members will receive a specific window based on their priority as an FCC full-season member to look at any seats that became available during the opt out window. More details will be available at that time.

c. Can I cancel my tickets? If you wish to cancel your membership for the upcoming season, please contact your account representative prior to August 8th. You can reach the FC Cincinnati Ticket Office at (513) 977-5435 or tickets@fccincinnati.com.

d. Can I change the number of tickets on my account? Members will be able to decrease the number of tickets on their account by contacting the FC Cincinnati Ticket Office prior to the renewal deadline. With the 2024 sell out of season ticket memberships, and having Orange & Blue Reserve members in line for the 2025 season there are limitations to adding seats for the 2025 season. e. Do Season Ticket Members receive access to other events at TQL Stadium? Yes. Season Ticket Members receive priority ticket access for non-FC Cincinnati events at TQL Stadium such as international soccer matches, concerts, etc.

f. Do I get my seats for playoff matches? Full Season Ticket Members have first right of refusal for any FC Cincinnati home playoff matches. Should FC Cincinnati qualify, all members will have a posted opt out window to decline their seats for all additional matches outside of their membership. g. Are there season-long parking options? Parking options will vary year by year. You will be able to apply for a parking pass prior to the 2025 season and will be advised if we are able to fulfill that request by the first home match of the season.

h. How do I access and manage my season tickets? Our tickets are strictly mobile access through SeatGeek. With SeatGeek you can scan into matches, transfer to friends, or list to resell through the SeatGeek marketplace.
