CINCINNATI – West End Ventures is creating more than 1,000 gameday positions in preparation of FC Cincinnati’s first-ever season at West End Stadium. Part-time positions for events at West End Stadium are now available in customer service, ticketing, retail, merchandise, food and beverage, security, housekeeping and more.
The FC Cincinnati gameday staff will play a crucial role in ensuring that the guest experience for all at West End Stadium is equal to that of its world-class facility. Competitive wages will be offered.
“FC Cincinnati matches and other events in our state-of-the-art West End Stadium will provide an exciting, fast-paced environment for our staff,” FC Cincinnati Vice President of Facilities and Stadium General Manager Dan Lolli said. “We take a great amount of pride in being able to have a first-class experience for all of our guests and we wouldn’t be able to meet our own high standards without our excellent stadium staff.”
In order to provide a thorough and safe screening process, FCC are partnering with Greenhouse and Spark Hire to conduct a fully virtual application process to all interested applicants. The multi-step process will include an application, followed by a one-way video call for chosen applicants and finally a two-way video call for applicant finalists.
West End Stadium will host an average of three to four events per month from March through October, with gameday staff positions averaging approximately six hours per event, while extra hours will be an option in select roles.
