U.S. Open Cup Ticket Sales Suspended (Updated)

UPDATE 8/8 AT 8:30PM: After working diligently with Glirtnir this evening, we have been able to restore service to the ticket servers. Tickets remain available at this time on a first-come, first-serve basis, although there is no guarantee that it will remain up. Click here to access the system

CINCINNATI, OH ---High demand for FC Cincinnati’s U.S. Open Cup semifinal match against New York Red Bulls, has forced the Glitnir ticketing system to crash and sales for the fixture have been suspended for the day.

“We began taking preparatory measures with Glitnir following our win against Miami FC, knowing that there would be large demand once the public sale was launched,” said FCC President and GM Jeff Berding. “Unfortunately, their system has gone down and we have not been able to facilitate orders since shortly after 1:00 p.m. today.”

Until the problem is resolved, the club cannot take any orders for tickets via phone, email, online or social media. More information will be released as it becomes available.
