Star64 to re-air 2017 home finale win against Red Bulls II

reairhomefinalevsrbnyII

FC Cincinnati will re-air another FCC Classic on Saturday night – the 4-2 home win against the New York Red Bulls II from Sept. 16, 2017. Austin Berry, Corben Bone, Harrison Delbridge and Kenney Walker scored for the Orange and Blue in the team’s 2017 home finale at Nippert Stadium.

The game will re-air at 5 p.m. on Saturday on Star64 and will also be re-simulcast on fccincinnati.com within the WSTR Star64 viewing area. The Buffalo Wings & Rings Second Screen Experience will be streamed on Facebook simultaneously, and will feature the Voice of FCC, Tom Gelehrter, Jimmy McLaughlin, Austin Berry, Kenney Walker, Corben Bone and Andrew Wiedeman to recount experiences and memories of the match, as well as other behind-the-scenes stories.

After being knocked out of the U.S. Open Cup by the New York Red Bulls on Aug. 15 and losing on the road, 4-0, to the New York Red Bulls II on Aug.19, FCC found revenge at home in front of 30,417 fans. The Orange and Blue took a 2-1 lead at the break with goals from Berry and Bone. Delbridge and Walker scored in the second half and sealed the win for Cincinnati in a match that set the USL single-game attendance record at that time.
