Club To Host City-Wide Winter FIFA Tournament

FCC_-_2017_Winter_FIFA_Tournament_large

Though the 2017 FC Cincinnati season draws closer every day, we get it if you still feel like it will be forever until we'll all get together again for some soccer.

So we decided to change that... well, at least with some electronic soccer.

On Saturday February, 11th and Sunday, February 12th, FC Cincinnati will be hosting the club's first ever FIFA tournament!

Along with our pub partner friends at Fifty West Brewing Company, Molly Malone's, O'Bryon's Bar & Grill , The Pub at Rookwood and Rhinehaus, the club will be hosting a City-Wide FIFA Tournament on EA Sports FIFA '17 to crown the Queen City's ultimate electronic soccer player. Preliminary matches will be scheduled on Saturday, February 11th, at each of the five pub partners around town, pitting FCC supporters against one another. Winners from the various locations will then convene at Molly Malone's on Sunday, February 12th, to crown the city champion.

And yes, some FC Cincinnati prizes are on the line. The overall winner of the tournament will not only get two (2) free Zone 2 tickets to FCC's 2017 home opener, but they'll also get two (2) field passes to check out the warm-ups pitch side AND a free 2017 FC Cincinnati third kit! The runner up and third place match winner will also receive prizes for their achievements.

If you think you have what it takes to be crowned the City-Wide FIFA champion this winter -- or you're just looking for an excuse to get together to play some video games with your fellow supporters -- then be sure to register for the tournament by next Friday, January 6th, using the link below. The club will be in touch before the end of January to let you know when and where you'll get underway.

Best of luck!
