The first home match of 2017 is nearly upon us, as the Orange & Blue return to Nippert Stadium for the first time this season. And with soccer returning to the Queen City this Saturday at 7pm, that means it's also time to select the first supporter-designed, official match poster of the season!
We received a number of great submissions for this weekend's game, and some of our favorites from our creative fan base can be seen above. However, only one design could be selected as the winner. Luckily, one stood out from the rest.
That one winning design for the opening home match of 2017 -- FC Cincinnati versus Saint Louis FC -- comes to us from Stephen Starkey (@PiercingSpatula) and can be seen below!

A local architect, Stephen had this to say about his work: "The graphic is designed to be very simple around the phrase 'One for all. All for one.' It emphasizes the community the club has created with its fans in year one and also graphically works as well as it is the first home game of the season."
