FC Cincinnati's Breaking Barriers initiative, launched in 2021, empowers women pursuing careers in the sports industry. Aligned with Women’s History Month, the event offers learning and development opportunities through panel discussions and breakout sessions.

Complimentary parking is available in the West End Garage with entry through the Cintas VIP Entrance. You will receive a parking validation before leaving the event.
The event will begin in the Bahl&Gaynor Pitch View Club and then guests will be escorted to their breakout rooms.
