FC Cincinnati is continuously looking to add quality and educated coaches to our youth soccer staff. If you are interested in coaching youth players alongside other FCC staff in and around the Greater Cincinnati Area, please fill out the form below.
What level players will I be working with?
We have different skill levels depending on the program:
Will I be compensated?
Yes, all coaches are compensated based on their experience level.
What type of commitment is needed?
We ask that all coaches commit to a camp/program for the entirety of that program. This ensures that our campers are shown consistency in staff through their experience with FCC.
What is the attire?
All coaches will be given an FCC Coaching shirt. They are asked to wear adidas or unbranded shoes/ clothing.
What does a day-to-day schedule look like?
Full Day Camps run from 9:00 am – 3:00 pm
Half Day Camps run from 9:00 am – 12:00 pm
Where will we be coaching?
Camps are located all around the Cincinnati/NKY area. Coaches must be willing to commute to the camp they are coaching.
What exactly will my job entail?
FCC Youth Camp Coaches are there to provide quality training, support FCC staff, and follow FCC values and culture to ensure all campers have the best possible FCC Youth experience.
Will coaches be supported by FCC Staff?
Yes, all coaches will work closely with our FCC Youth Soccer staff. They will meet before each camp starts to go over agendas and camp structure. FCC will provide all equipment and be there to help coaches with what they need. FCC Camp coaches will have a coaching guide for each day and are able to alter sessions to fit the needs of their group.
What does the hiring process look like?
Interested coaches can apply by following the link listed above. From there, FCC Youth Soccer Staff will reach out to talk with you and discuss experience/availability. All coaches must pass a background check before they are able to coach.
