2014 (Philadelphia Union): Made one MLS appearance … entered as a second-half stoppage time substitute against Sporting Kansas City (Oct. 18) … spent a season-long loan with the Union’s USL affiliate, the Harrisburg City Islanders … made 23 appearances, scored six goals and added three assists with Harrisburg … led Harrisburg to the USL Championship, where they fell to Sacramento Republic, 2-0.

2013 (Philadelphia Union): Did not appear in any league matches … spent a season-long loan with the Union’s USL’s affiliate, the Harrisburg City Islanders … made 21 appearances and scored five goals with Harrisburg … made an appearance in Harrisburg’s U.S. Open Cup second-round match against Reading United.

2012 (Philadelphia Union): Made one MLS appearance … recorded two substitute appearances for Philadelphia in the U.S. Open Cup … made his MLS debut and logged 17 minutes against Sporting Kansas City (Oct. 24) … loaned out to the Harrisburg City Islanders and appeared in 7 games … made an appearance in Harrisburg’s USL Cup Playoffs first-round match against the Charleston Battery … spent 10 days with Bundesliga club TSG Hoffenheim 1899, where he practiced with their U-19 team and reserve squad … Signed with Philadelphia Union on December 12, 2015 as the Union’s second-ever Homegrown Player signing.

College (Colgate): In his only season with the Colgate Raiders McLaughlin was the only freshman to play and start in all 22 games…Tallied a total of five points off of one goal and three assists… His only goal came in the team’s home opener vs. Syracuse in a 1-0 win… Awarded the BRINE PL Rookie of the Week award twice on October 17 and November 7… Named the 2011 Patriot League Rookie of the Year.
