In the spirit of giving this holiday season, Ray Gaddis is helping provide Thanksgiving turkeys and all the fixings to over 100 families in Greater Cincinnati. The FC Cincinnati defender, who was named the 2022 Procter & Gamble Humanitarian of the Year, teamed up with Kroger, and the FC Cincinnati Foundation to purchase, and distribute over 100 Thanksgiving meals.

“We just want to spare some joy and cheer to the families in the West End,” said Gaddis, “Especially since they supported us so much during this past season, as we had a great season, and we want to return the favor and give back to the community.”

Kicking off the holiday season, Kroger employees joined Gaddis on Wednesday evening at TQL Stadium helping distribute this special gift to all the selected well deserving families.

"It’s the word in itself, Thanksgiving, right? I have so much to be thankful for, so to be able to provide a happy meal, a setting where people are going to know that they're going to have something to eat this Thanksgiving is truly a blessing. It's important when God blesses you, to bless other people as well. And that's just simply using the platform that I've been given to bless other people, especially in this community.”
