FAQS

Can I use the FCC app for mobile entry into TQL Stadium?

Yes. The FC Cincinnati app is the easiest way to enter TQL Stadium. Whether you have a season ticket, attending with a group, or purchased single-match tickets through SeatGeek, you can enter the stadium by scanning your tickets inside the FCC app.

Can I manage my FCC Account Manager through the FCC App?

Yes! SeatGeek is fully integrated inside the FC Cincinnati app, and it is the easiest way to manage your FCC tickets. You can scan, share or sell the tickets directly through the FCC App

How do I access my tickets?

Open the app and select the “Ticket” icon on the bottom menu bar. Select the “Manage My Tickets” icon, and then select the match you need. Once the specific match loads, you will be able to pull up the QR code, save the ticket to your digital wallet, send a ticket to a friend or post the ticket for resale on the SeatGeek marketplace.

How do I save my tickets to my digital wallet?

Open the app and select the “Tickets” icon on the bottom menu bar. Select “Manage My Tickets” and then select the match you want to save to your wallet. Once into the match ticket, scroll to the bottom of the screen and select “Add to Apple Wallet” or “Add to Google Pay.” It will prompt you to “Add All” tickets for the selected match into your wallet.

Saving tickets to your digital wallet makes them accessible without needing access to wifi or a data connection, which can help expedite your entry into TQL Stadium.

Note: Android users may also need to download the “Google Pay” app onto their phone to be able to save tickets into their digital wallet.

How do I send my tickets to a friend or family member?

The “Send” option allows you to send the ticket via email or text message to another user. You will receive a confirmation message once the ticket has been received and accepted.

The recipient of your tickets will have a short login or sign up process to claim the transferred tickets.

I successfully transferred tickets to a friend through the app. Why can I still see it in my phones’ digital wallet?

When you transfer tickets through the FCC Account Manager or SeatGeek, it does not sync with your phone’s wallet. We suggest deleting the ticket from your wallet once it has been transferred successfully.

Note: Once ticket has been transferred, a new QR Code is generated, and all previous copies of that ticket are no longer valid for entry.

Can I use a screenshot of my Ticket?

No. Screenshots of tickets aren't scannable and aren't a valid method for entry. If you are the recipient of a screenshot, contact the source of the ticket and request for the ticket to be transferred to you.

How do I post my ticket on the SeatGeek Marketplace?

The “Sell” option allows you to post your FCC ticket to the secondary marketplace. This menu will prompt you to set the price. (Please note there is a minimum price set by the league.) You will be notified by SeatGeek once your ticket has been purchased.
