In honor of Women’s History Month, and today in recognition of International Women’s Day, FC Cincinnati celebrates its female staff members and looks to support the development of tomorrow’s leaders through its community initiatives.

FC Cincinnati have partnered with P&G brands Always and Secret to host Breaking Barriers on March 22, an event at TQL Stadium to help support the development of young women interested in working in sports.

Young women, including juniors and seniors in high school, students at local universities with sports-focused majors or minors, and young professionals interested in a career in the sports industry can sign up here

Additionally, to show appreciation for female FC Cincinnati staff members, the organization is encouraging staff to recognize their coworkers for going above and beyond. Each female employee will receive handwritten notes from fellow staff members celebrating and empowering them for the work they do each and every day.

“FC Cincinnati is proud to partner with Always and Secret to host over 100 young women who are interested in pursuing a career in sports,” said Kate Solomon, Senior Vice President of Fan & Community Engagement and Executive Director, FCC Foundation. “Supporting the development of a diverse group of future leaders is an important element of our work in the community.”
