FC Cincinnati 2 have signed midfielder/forward Daniel Martin to an MLS NEXT Pro Professional contract, pending league and federation approval, in addition to ITC and work authorization, the club has announced today.
“Daniel is a versatile, young attacking player,” said FC Cincinnati 2 Head Coach Tyrone Marshall. “He’s someone who has demonstrated his talent and potential in the academy, and we look forward to his continued development with FCC 2.”
Martin joined the FC Cincinnati academy in August of 2021. The Haitian international travelled with FC Cincinnati to Clearwater, Fla. for the first leg of the club’s Preseason camp ahead of the 2022 season. Last year, with the FC Cincinnati U-19 squad, Martin found the back of the net several times after his arrival in the Queen City.
