 How does my season ticket holder priority work and how is it established?

For available tickets your priority over other season ticket members is established based on when the original season ticket(s) or deposit was placed. Your priority at minimum will be maintained as you continue to renew season tickets each year. An individual’s priority will increase as other accounts higher in priority would choose not to renew. Your priority will only be negated if ALL season tickets are dropped for any full year.

 What areas are available?

For the 2019 season, our Premium Club, Club, Bailey and majority of West Side areas are at full capacity to active Season Ticket Members. Any availability for the 2019 season is based on seats not allocated through season ticket memberships. For the first time ever, FC Cincinnati will offer the opportunity to select seats on the East Side, Pavilion level every single match.

 How does parking work?

We have hit capacity for 2019 season long parking passes. Those requiring ADA matchday parking are encouraged to contact their FC Cincinnati Ticket Representative for further options and instruction.

 When & how do I get my season tickets?

Season ticket members for our inaugural MLS season will receive a distinguished season ticket member gift and package that includes their physical season tickets. This will be mailed to all members who order before the established deadline. The package itself will arrive just before the start of the season.

 How can I reprint or get alternative access to my tickets?

Each season ticket member has access to an online ticket portal where they can display mobile barcodes or reprint paper copy tickets. Any season ticket member can also stop by our downtown office, during business hours or at the stadium on game days, four hours in advance of kickoff to reprint stock tickets

 What are my benefits as a season ticket holder?

As a season ticket member, you have the least expensive ticket on a per game basis. There will be opportunities for special events such as meet & greets with players and coaches. We will continue and enhance our exchange program. There will be priority access to additional matches such as International Friendlies, All Star games and MLS Cup playoffs, among other area specific benefits.

 How does the season ticket exchange program work?

The physical tickets and form will need to be returned to the downtown FC Cincinnati Global Headquarters at a minimum 10 days in advance of the match being exchanged. Once a match is passed or tickets have been exchanged they are then ineligible for the exchange program. Exchanges are limited to 6 for the season. You can choose which match to move your exchanged tickets to, and if you want all of your seats together.

 How do additional matches like Playoffs, All Star Games, USOC & International friendlies work as a STM?

Season ticket members will receive a priority purchase window prior to the public sale. 

 Am I allowed to bring in a seat cushion or portable seat?

Yes, the seat must be no wider than 18 inches in width.

 Does my young child need a ticket?

Any child 3yo and younger does not need a ticket assuming they will be sitting on a lap. If you would prefer them to have a seat, they would need a ticket. .

 What other ticket packages are available?

FC Cincinnati offers a smaller pack of tickets in years past, our ‘Pick 6’. This pack allowed fans to customize and select 6 games that fit into their schedule. The tickets on a per game basis are less expensive compared to individual game tickets. These ticket packs do not carry a priority like season tickets or the benefits of a season ticket, such as the exchange program.

 When do single game tickets go on sale?

Single game tickets will go on sale likely in February of 2019. FCC anticipates having a presale window for Season Ticket Members before we go on sale to the general public.

 When is the schedule release and how long is the season?

FC Cincinnati anticipates receiving a MLS schedule in January of 2019. Of that schedule we anticipate many of the games to be on weekends with a few matches during the week days. The regular season will include 17 home matches and 17 away matches. Potential international friendlies and USOC matches will be announced at a later time.

 What premium areas are available?

Our club and premium club are at capacity to Season Ticket Members. There will be opportunities for field suite rentals on an individual game basis. There may be an opportunity to rent various traditional suite styles on an individual game basis but is contingent on season long suite rentals.

 What is the ticket resale policy?

The intent of tickets are to be utilized by the consumer purchasing from the club. Please see our ticket policies and resale policies.

 What are our inclement weather policy for games?

Games will be played through inclement weather, for example: rain or snow. If there is a lightning strike within an 8 mile radius of Nippert Stadium, there will be an immediate stoppage of play with a 30 minute delay beginning from the most recent strike within the radius. If the match is past to 70th minute and the delay persists the game may be considered a ‘complete game’ and the coaches can choose to end the game at that point.

 What seats have chair backs?

Seats in the very top row of every section in the lower bowl have seat backs, as do the first 6 rows of sections 203 through 209 in the second level and all premium type seating. The University of Cincinnati does install seat backs in select sections towards the latter third of the season.

 What seats are under cover?

The top ten rows of sections 117 through 124 on the West Sideline are underneath an overhang. The top four rows in sections 101 through 111 and the North half of 112 are underneath an overhang.

 Is alcohol permitted in the Family Sections?

Alcohol is permitted in any section of Nippert Stadium. We encourage all fans to drink responsibly and never drink and drive.
