Thank you for your interest in season tickets during our fifth and final year at Nippert Stadium. Throughout the season, we will celebrate our history at the University of Cincinnati and prepare for our future at West End Stadium.


2020 Important Updates


Maintain or start your club priority

All 2020 season ticket members will have priority in West End Stadium. Current season ticket members will be placed in priority order based on the original date of a season ticket purchase in their respective account. Season ticket members maintain priority by renewing tickets every season. Due to a new venue and new seating manifest, season ticket locations will vary in comparison to seat locations at Nippert Stadium.

Please note: If you have 2020 season tickets, it does not guarantee season tickets or the same number of season tickets at West End Stadium. FC Cincinnati does plan on building a wait list for West End Stadium after a future season ticket allotment is determined. This number will be distributed after final capacity at West End Stadium is revealed.

SeatGeek Partnership

NEW in 2020: SeatGeek will serve as the exclusive primary and secondary ticketing partner for FC Cincinnati. FC Cincinnati is excited to partner with industry leader SeatGeek as the club improves the fan experience for all ticket buyers. SeatGeek will improve matchday experience for season ticket holders and improve your mobile accessibility. Season ticket members will be encouraged to go “mobile only” for all tickets in 2020. If a season ticket member does prefer paper tickets, a fee will be charged during the ticket sales process. When FC Cincinnati opens West End Stadium in 2021, the club does plan on being mobile only for all ticketing transactions.

In August, FC Cincinnati season ticket holders will be encouraged to renew their seats on the SeatGeek desktop site or by calling the FC Cincinnati ticketing team at 513-977-5425. Season Ticket Members will have the ability to renew by paying in full, through a six-month payment plan, or by placing a 25% deposit down on seats. All season ticket payments are due on Friday, January 31st 2020. FC Cincinnati reserves the right to cancel any orders that have a remaining balance on Monday, February 3rd 2020.

General Admission Seating Bowl Change

In an effort to improve the matchday fan experience, FC Cincinnati will no longer have General Admission season tickets or single match tickets in the South End Zone of the stadium in 2020. This decision will make all seats in Sections 113 through 115 as reserved seating options in 2020. General Admission Season Ticket Holders from 2019 will select new reserved seats in this area of the stadium during a special ticket selection window in early-September. General Admission season ticket holders from previous seasons will select these seats based on club priority. If a General Admission season ticket member would like to select seats in a new area of the stadium, they will do so during their existing priority time in September or October.

 Am I able to transfer ownership of my tickets?

Yes, please contact your account representative for more information. The transfer window is from August 5th-August 30th.

 Can I purchase full-season parking pass?

Yes, you can purchase parking at the time of your renewal. Garages will be allocated based on your season ticket member priority.

 Can I relocate my seats or add seats for the 2020 season?

Yes, please fill out the Seat Improvement form during the online renewal process. If you renew on the phone, please notify the ticket representative that you would like to enter the Seat Improvement Process.

Your seat improvement appointment time is based on your season ticket member priority.
