Ticket update on postponed games

Nippert

CINCINNATI – FC Cincinnati appreciates the tremendous support and patience from our fans and partners during this unique, unprecedented situation. While we are disappointed that the 2020 season has been delayed, our first priority is the health and safety of our entire community, including our fans, players and staff, and we look forward to playing the entire season once it is safe to do so.

Following Thursday’s announcements from Major League Soccer and the State of Ohio related to the current public health concerns about the COVID-19 global pandemic, FC Cincinnati has announced the ticketing measures for its games that will be postponed during the current 30-day league suspension.

DISTRIBUTED TICKETS

Per MLS league policy, tickets already distributed for the currently affected games will be honored at those games when they are rescheduled. This applies to season tickets, Half-Season Plans, Fave Four Plans, group and single-game tickets.

MLS is working to reschedule all currently affected games with the goal of playing a 34-game schedule in 2020. The league will announce the schedule updates when the time is appropriate.

This policy applies to the following games to this point:

  • March 14 vs. D.C. United
  • March 21 vs. Toronto FC
  • April 5 vs. Atlanta United FC

CONFLICTS ONCE GAMES ARE RESCHEDULED

Should a ticket holder have a conflict with the game’s rescheduled date, ticket exchanges will be accepted for another game (subject to inventory availability).

All ticket exchanges will be made through an online request form, and an FC Cincinnati representative will confirm the transaction before completing the exchange.Fans will not be able to combine tickets from multiple games as an exchange for multiple tickets to a single game.

PRINTED TICKETS

If you have printed tickets to a rescheduled game, those tickets will be valid for the rescheduled match. If you exchange your tickets for a different game, new digital tickets – with a unique scan code – will be pushed through to your FCC Account Manager. No new physical tickets will be distributed to rescheduled matches.

Those fans who hold mobile tickets will find those tickets automatically updated when the match is rescheduled.

PURCHASING NEW TICKETS

Fans can continue to purchase tickets to all matches this season, through SeatGeek. This includes matches currently postponed, so those fans who wish to see a particular opponent can secure tickets in advance of the rescheduled match.

SeatGeek is the club’s official primary and secondary ticketing partner.
