Two changes to the lineup

Allan Cruz and Darren Mattocks replace Kenny Saief and Emmanuel Ledesma in the XI. Cruz returns to the starting lineup following international duty with the Costa Rica National Team. Mattocks, who recently played for Jamaica during the FIFA break, makes his first FCC start.


Amaya on the bench

Frankie Amaya, Cincinnati’s No. 1 pick in the 2019 MLS SuperDraft, is on the bench for the first time this season. If he plays, it’ll be his professional debut.


Injury Updates

Goalkeeper Premysław Tytoń will miss a fourth-straight game (hamstring) and as he returned to full training this week, he is making progress in his return to full health.


Forward Fanendo Adi will his second game (ankle), but is making progress and is expected to return to training next week after suffering the injury on March 17 in the team’s home opener.


Kendall Waston (calf) and Emmanuel Ledesma (hamstring) also both picked up minor knocks in training late this week and are being held out of the 18 for precautionary reasons.


Captain Garza

Greg Garza will captain FC Cincinnati for a second-consecutive match.
