CINCINNATI, OH --- Jimmy McLaughlin was named to the USL Team of the week after scoring the tying goal at Richmond Kickers last Sat.
The goal was the first of the season for the midfielder, whose 70th minute strike erased a 1-0 deficit and gave the team a point on the road.
McLaughlin is second on the team with 11 shots taken, including four on goal. He has played in eight games, making seven starts and has totaled 639 minutes played.
McLaughlin is the third player to be recognized this year with Djiby selected twice and Matt Bahner earning one nod.
FCC plays six of the next seven matches at Nippert Stadium, beginning this Sat., May 13 at 5:00 p.m. against Orlando City B.
