After ample anticipation, the wait is finally over. No, we're not talking about the FC Cincinnati season -- though we are just a little over a week away from the first preseason match for the Orange & Blue.
Instead, today marks the start of the first ever City-Wide FC Cincinnati FIFA Tournament!
Just shy of 300 FCC supporters will take to five bars around the Cincinnati metro area today: Fifty West Brewing, Molly Malone's Pleasant Ridge, O'Bryon's, The Pub Rookwood and Rhinehaus. At each location, participants will compete in a single-elimination knockout tournament for the chance to advance to the final round on Sunday (2/12) at Molly Malone's Covington. Finalists from each bar will then take part in a round-robin format against the cream of the crop from around the city.

The top two in the round-robin will then face off in a final match to crown Cincinnati's ultimate FIFA Champion. A third place match will also take place between spots 3 and 4 in the final day round-robin table.
