FC Cincinnati Announces Four New Official Sponsors

CINCINNATI (January 13, 2016) – FC Cincinnati announced today agreements with four new official sponsors. They include: Cintas as the Official FC Cincinnati Team Vans Sponsor, Kroger as the Soccer Family of the Match Sponsor, Medical Mutual of Ohio as the Official Health Insurer of FC Cincinnati and Vorys, Sater, Seymour and Pease LLP as the Man of the Match Sponsor.


“We are thrilled to welcome Cintas, Kroger, Medical Mutual and Vorys to our roster of corporate sponsors during our inaugural season,” said Jeff Berding, President & GM of FC Cincinnati. “Corporate support is vital to the success of FC Cincinnati to help us build an exciting and winning team for Cincinnati’s soccer fans.”

FC Cincinnati officials recently announced sponsor agreements with UC Health as Presenting Sponsor, Toyota as Jersey Sponsor, UDF as Youth Sponsor, and Legion Logistics as College Supporter Sponsor.


Additional Official Sponsors also include: U.S. Bank, Official Team Shorts Sponsor; NovaCare, Official Athletic Training & Physical Therapy Provider; Wall to Wall, Official Indoor Training Facility; Donatos, Official Pizza; Pepsi, Official Soft Drink; Gatorade, Official Sports Drink, BB&T Bank as the Official Game Ball Managers Sponsor; Western & Southern Financial Group as the Official Goal Sponsor and Taste of Belgium as the Official Away Game Viewing Partner.


FC Cincinnati, owned by Cincinnati businessman and philanthropist Carl Lindner III, will begin play at Nippert Stadium on the campus of the University of Cincinnati with the 2016 season.


FC Cincinnati will join the United Soccer League (USL) and play its season from March through September. John Harkes, a veteran of Major League Soccer and the U.S. National Team, has been named head coach. The Club joined the USL’s East Division as the league’s 26th club. Rivals in the USL will include Louisville City FC, Pittsburgh, New York Red Bulls II and Saint Louis FC, among others.
