CINCINNATI, OH --- Kenney Walker logged a goal and an assist in FC Cincinnati’s 4-3 come-from-behind win against Toronto FC II and was selected for the third time this season to the USL Team of the Week.
Walker assisted on Danni König’s goal that opened the scoring for FCC in the 41st minute and then put away his second goal of the season to tie the score at two goals apiece in the 49th minute. Walker ends the regular season as the team leader with seven assists.
FCC would complete the comeback on goals by Djiby (66th) and Justin Hoyte, who buried the game-winner in the 86th minute.
With the win, FCC jumped from eighth to sixth in the Eastern Conference standings and the Orange and Blue will open quarterfinal play at third-seeded Tampa Bay Rowdies this Sat. at 7:30 p.m. The match will be aired on WSTR (Star-64).
