Show Us Your Elf for a Chance to Win

By D.J. Switzer - Director of Communications, 12/22/16, 12:30PM EST

With Christmas now just a few days away, it seems like everyone is wrapping up the final few items on their holiday to-do lists.

For most of us, it's hurriedly crossing off the last few gifts on their lists... as evidenced by the constant stream of fans coming into our downtown shop! Others are preparing for meals and visiting company. And for some of Santa's helpers, it's the last few days to collect intel on who is being naughty and nice before reporting back to the big man up North.

Here at FCC, we've noticed a wily elf around our offices, keeping an eye on all of us, and getting into our things before Christmas Eve. And we'd imagine many of our supporters have, too.

That got us thinking: are any of their elves into the Orange & Blue

As such, we're encouraging our supporters to try to capture their elves showing off their FC Cincinnati pride -- or if you feel so inclined, to imagine what kind off Cincinnati soccer hijinks that elf might get into. Once you do, share them with us on Twitter, Facebook and Instagram using the hashtag #FCCelf before midnight on Christmas Eve. You know, because all of the elves return to the North Pole on Christmas Eve and you won't be able to take a picture of them until next year if you don't.

On Christmas day, check out the official FC Cincinnati website and social media channels to see if your picture was rated as the "nicest" by Chris Kringle himself. If it is, you'll be the proud new owner of an authentic, game worn FCC jersey from 2016 USL MVP Sean "Ugo" Okoli!*

So get to work capturing or creating your FCC Elf pictures and share them with us on social media for your chance to win one of the best Christmas presents of 2016!

* - The winner will be able to pick up their Okoli jersey from the FC Cincinnati offices at 14 E. 4th Street beginning Tuesday, January 3rd. If the winner resides outside the Cincinnati area or are unable to pick it up, arrangements can be made to have the jersey sent to you.
