TICKETS


Q: What will happen to my priority status as a Season Ticket Member?
A: Season ticket members will retain their priority status when FCC begins play in Major League Soccer in 2019. Season Ticket Members’ priority is based upon when their current season tickets were purchased with the club.

Q:  Can I purchase season tickets or place deposits for MLS tickets?
A: If you are already 2018 Season Ticket Member, you're already in line! Existing season ticket members will have priority when we make MLS tickets available.

If you are not yet a member, you can secure season your place in line for season tickets for our first MLS season by placing a $50 deposit for the 2019 season beginning July 9. Click here to learn more and place your deposit.

All previous year Season Ticket Members will have the right of first refusal to both keep and add seats prior to our first MLS season.

Q:  Will other ticket options besides season tickets be made available for MLS matches?
A:  Yes.  Mini plans, voucher packs, group tickets and single-match tickets will be available for MLS matches.  However, the best value, benefits and locations will always be available through a season ticket.

Q: If I want to suspend season tickets for a season, am I allowed to do that?
 A: Once you opt to not renew your season tickets in any given season, your place in the priority line will be re-established when you purchase season tickets again. It’s in your best interest to continue as a Season Ticket Member which allows you to maintain your place in the priority system.

Q: How will our current seating plan translate to the new stadium?  
A: All FCC Season Ticket Members will have the opportunity to personally select seats in a new stadium.  Seat selection appointments will be based upon priority. New seating areas, pricing, deadlines and additional information will be made readily available well in advance of any allocations.

Q: Will MLS ticket prices increase?
A: FCC ticket pricing is assessed on an annual basis.  We anticipate pricing will be comparable with average MLS pricing around the country. However, we will always have an affordable “entry-level” price point that aligns with our values as a family-friendly brand. Again, the best financial value will be our season ticket.

FCC MERCHANDISE


Q: Will FCC merchandise items become more expensive?
A: The FC Cincinnati store on E. 4th St., and the online store, will continue to offer a wide variety of options for men, women and children, as well as a selection of non-clothing items. As we make the move to MLS, we will begin working with new providers to offer a different and wider selection of items.

Q: Will FCC merchandise items become more expensive?
A: As we move into MLS, new agreements with vendors could
 affect pricing on some of our merchandise. We plan to align ourselves with U.S. Soccer and MLS standards for MSRP on most product.

A: We expect our jersey prices to reflect average prices at existing MLS clubs.

A: The team’s inaugural MLS jersey will be unveiled closer to the 2019 season and available for purchase at that time.

THE FCC BRAND


Q: Will FC Cincinnati be rebranded?  
Almost every existing team that has joined MLS has undergone a brand review and made slight changes as they began play in MLS. We anticipate that there will be updates to the current FCC logos and marks. We have already begun to solicit ideas and opinions from the community our Fan Council, as well as ideas from MLS and its partners.

A: We have always been committed to playing a fast-tempo, exciting brand of soccer and our roster will reflect that style of play.

Q: The fans have loved the access to players (after games, in the UDF Kids Zone, at community appearances, etc). How will that change in MLS?  
A: We are committed to upholding the brand that we’ve created. While there may be some changes in how often players are available, we anticipate that we will continue the same types of community, charitable and grassroots programs we currently run, which are incredibly popular with fans and our team alike.

TV BROADCAST


Q: Will we have to pay to watch FC Cincinnati MLS games on TV?
A: We are working to secure our local and regional broadcast agreement for our first MLS season and we will continue to emphasize providing quality, high-definition broadcasts. MLS has national broadcast agreements with ABC/ESPN, FOX Sports and Univision. Additionally, all teams’ regionally broadcasted games are available on ESPN+.

FCC YOUTH ACADEMY


Q: What can you tell us about the future FCC youth academy?
A: We anticipate launching the formal FC Cincinnati Youth Academy for the 2019-20 season. As we finalize our plans, we’ll release those to our youth soccer partners and our fans.

A: No, current USL agreements, regardless of term, do not transfer into MLS.  As outlined in the “League Advancement” paragraph of your agreement, the term will conclude at the end of the 2018 USL season.  Your Account representative will be contacting you in June to discuss MLS Sponsorship opportunities beginning in 2019.
