How to participate:
- Set-up your space and computer or device. Make sure you have enough space to do the drill and that you can see the screen.
- Click the “Join Now” button and enter the password provided below. The password will be posted every Wednesday morning.
- Guests will be admitted at 5 p.m. ET promptly.
- Once inside the video call, raise the volume and select “speaker view” in order to see the coach and the drills in full screen.
- Follow along to instructions and more importantly, have fun!
- If you want to be featured, please have your video turned on and make sure the rename the user to the participant’s name.
- If you do not want to be featured and just want to do the drills, please turn off your video.
