Where can I get FC Cincinnati merchandise?

Where does FC Cincinnati play their home matches/games?
FC Cincinnati play all of their home matches at the University of Cincinnati's Nippert Stadium. That includes all  USL league games, potentially game(s) in the Lamar Hunt U.S. Open Cup and an annual exhibition match at dates yet to be determined.

Parking/Transportation

Where do I park on game day? Can I buy a season parking pass?
Day of game parking will be $10 in all parking garages surrounding Nippert Stadium on the University of Cincinnati campus. All garages located south of the Nippert Stadium and accessed by Corry Boulevard — including Calhoun, CCM, Corry and Varsity Village — are season pass and handicap parking only. 

Individual match prepaid parking is also available through UC Parking. Click here to purchase your parking in advance. Cash parking is available on match days on the north end of campus off of Martin Luther King Drive in the Campus Green, Clifton Court, University Avenue and Woodside garages.

Is there handicap parking available at FC Cincinnati matches?
Handicap parking will be made available at the CCM garage. A state issued placard or license plate will be required in addition to the standard $10 parking fee.

Is there a dropoff zone?
A dropoff zone for cabs, Ubers, shuttles and individuals dropping off younger fans at games is located on West University Avenue, off of Jefferson Avenue.

Ticketing


When will I receive my 2017 season tickets?
All season tickets will be distributed in early April 2017 too all season ticket holders whose accounts are paid in full. Season tickets will be mailed in a special season ticket book for the season, and will include any ordered parking passes and a special gift for each season ticket account.

What is a Mini Plan?
A Mini Plan is a convenient ticket option that allows you the ability to select the 6 matches of your liking at discounted price points. These Mini Plan seats can be secured in a wide variety of seating locations at Nippert Stadium, and can be secured either online or over the phone at 513-977-KICK.

How many tickets do I need to purchase to be considered a group?
Groups of 20 or more will receive our lowest prices in our Zone 1, Zone 2, and Family seating locations.

At what age does my child need a ticket?
Children aged 3 and under do not require a ticket. However, if you feel as if your child needs a place to sit, we ask that you purchase him/her a ticket.

Are there any party areas for large groups?
Yes! Please visit our Premium Seating page to review a variety of group seating options and amenities. Options include Half Suites, Full Suites, and a Party Deck.

Can I purchase group/individual match tickets in the Club Section?
Due to high demand during the 2017 season, Club Seats are only available on a season ticket basis.

How can I purchase handicap accessible seating?
Nippert Stadium is equipped with multiple ADA accessible seating locations. Please speak with one of our ticket representatives to appropriately coordinate your seating needs by dialing 513-977-KICK.

What options do I have once I have already purchased my tickets?
Speak to an FCC ticket sales representative by dialing 513-977-KICK to learn more about your ability to email your tickets, print your tickets at home, utilize mobile ticketing and ticket vouchers.

What time does the box office open on match days?
On the day of home matches, the FCC ticket Box Office will be open to the general public beginning 4 hours prior to kickoff. The matchday Box Office is located on the West side of the Richard E. Lindner Athletics Center directly adjacent to the East side of Nipper Stadium.

Where is and how do I utilize Will Call?
Purchased tickets can be left for pickup at our Will Call location on match days up to 90 minutes before kickoff. Will Call is located on the Southwest corner of Fifth Third Arena, adjacent to the UC’s Oscar Robertson statue and North of the Sheakley Lawn. Should you have a need to pick up from Will Call prior to 90 minutes, please give us a call at 513-977-KICK to make special arrangements.

How do I utilize the season ticket hold exchange program?
A new perk for 2017, Season Ticket Members may exchange all tickets for one match to any future USL regular season match being played. To take advantage of this program, please download and complete the form below and mail it, along with the tickets to be exchanged, to FC Cincinnati, 14 E. 4th Street, Cincinnati, Ohio, 45202.

Supporters

Where is the Supporters Section?
The most passionate fans in American soccer call "The Bailey" in in Nippert Stadium home on match days. Located behind the north goal line in Sections 131-135, The Bailey is general admission seating.  The Bailey is currently sold out for the 2017 season.

Visiting supporters groups will be sat in Section 104 on the East concourse of Nippert Stadium.

What is the policy on using smoke at Nippert Stadium?
As regulated by USL rules, only registered home supporters sitting in The Bailey are permitted to use smoke devices at FC Cincinnati home matches. Before a smoke device is used at a FC Cincinnati match, all persons involved must be issued copies of, receive and sign instructions on the Club policy related to these devices to include:

  • The type of approved device allowed,
  • The approved timing and method of use,
  • The specific approved locations for use,
  • Safety equipment required in those locations,
  • Any red flag conditions that would change the normal procedures for use.

Participants shall acknowledge that the opportunity to discharge smoke devices at Nippert Stadium is a privilege and not a right, and as such this privilege can be suspended at any time. Any individual participating in this process that is not employed by the Club or Nippert Stadium shall immediately comply with all instructions given by the Club/Nippert Stadium personnel.

All participants shall sign a “Policy Receipt Acknowledgement” form indicating they understand the policy and its requirements.
The person performing the discharge should not be intoxicated or under the influence of others who are.

Can I get college student tickets?
The club no longer offers a specific college student ticket or section. However, college students are welcome to sit in our general admission sections in the southern end of Nippert Stadium.

What time do gates open on match days?
Gates will open 60 minutes prior to kickoff.

What items am I allowed to bring to Nippert Stadium?

Are there designated smoking areas at Nippert?
Beginning in 2017, the University of Cincinnati officially became a smoke free campus. As such, all forms of smoking are banned from Nippert Stadium, and there are no designated smoking areas within the stadium. Click here for more information about UC's Smoke Free Camus.

What channel is the game being broadcast on?
All 2017 FC Cincinnati matches, both home and away, will be broadcast live on local television. Most matches will be shown in full high definition on Star 64 WSTR, Local 12 WKRC and CW Cincinnati. To find out which channel a particular match will be on, you can check the Schedule page or our Matchday Guide page.

Can I have special messages displayed on the Nippert Stadium scoreboard?
Thanks for celebrating your special occasion with FC Cincinnati! Custom scoreboard messages are available to fans and will play during the first half of the match. The cost for a message is $20 and can be a maximum of 50 characters (including spaces), and will run on the main ribbon beneath the scoreboard starting at the 30 minute mark. All messages must be submitted by 5pm five business days prior to the game for inclusion. FC Cincinnati will not run any messages deemed inappropriate for any reason, and retains final discretion on all messages.

What happens if there is inclement weather such as rain or thunderstorms?
Weather is monitored throughout the course of matchdays, and FC Cincinnati will continue to play through rain so long as there isn't any lightning in the area. If there is lightning within 8 miles of Nippert Stadium, the club will follow these procedures:

  • The field will be cleared until 30 mins after the last lightning strike within 8 miles.
  • Stadium Command continues to monitor the weather to confirm last 8 mile strike.
  • PA reads will be made to inform supporters when play will resume.
  • 15 minute warm up begins at the end of the 30 minute delay.
  • Play resumes.

Is there a space for a mother to nurse her baby? 
We have secured a family area (mothers nursing room) on the 3rd floor of the Lindner Center in room 338. To access this room, head to one of the first aid stations and a member of our staff will escort you to the family area.

What is the club's policy on standing in seating sections of the stadium? 
While standing at our games is not prohibited, the club asks that fans be respectful of those around them throughout the game. Fans are encouraged to stand and cheer during and after exciting moments of play as long as it does not continue to the point of impeding other fans’ view of the match. The club reserves the right to remove fans from the stadium should they continue to prevent other fans from enjoying the match.
